Life Care Center of Haltom hosts rehab reunion

On Aug. 17, 2016, Life Care Center of Haltom in Fort Worth, Texas, hosted a rehab reunion for patients who had returned home from January to June 2016.

The event included dinner and music, as well as a photo booth where the graduates could take fun pictures against creative backgrounds. The highlight, however, was a time to mix and mingle, in which the former patients shared their stories of recovery.
